Steps to prepare neat fufu
- Pour some of the fufu flour into a bowl and mix thoroughly with water until it becomes a smooth paste .
- Put a saucepan on fire and pour the mixture from the bowl into it.
- Stir consistently with a long wooden spoon till it starts becoming thick. Then knead.
- Let it be on fire for about 15-20 minutes and taste to see if it is ready to eat. You will know it’s ready to eat if you don’t taste the raw flour.
- If it’s ready, knead a little more and serve.
