Oven-Baked Frozen Hash Browns
- 1 bag of frozen hash browns (about 16 oz)
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Spread the frozen hash browns in a single layer on a baking sheet.
- Drizzle the vegetable oil over the hash browns and sprinkle with salt and black pepper.
- Use a spatula to gently toss and evenly coat the hash browns with the oil and seasonings.
- Spread the hash browns out again in a single layer on the baking sheet.
- Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven.
- Bake for about 20-25 minutes, or until the hash browns are crispy and golden brown, stirring halfway through the cooking time.
- Remove from the oven and let them cool for a few minutes before serving.
