Roasted Frozen Cauliflower
- 1 bag of frozen cauliflower florets (about 16 oz)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Spread the frozen cauliflower florets on a baking sheet.
- Drizzle the olive oil over the cauliflower and toss to coat.
- In a small bowl, mix together the garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- Sprinkle the seasoning mixture over the cauliflower and toss to evenly distribute the spices.
- Spread the cauliflower in a single layer on the baking sheet.
- Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven.
- Bake for about 20-25 minutes, or until the cauliflower is tender and golden brown, stirring halfway through the cooking time.
- Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly before serving.
