Roasted Frozen Cauliflower


  • 1 bag of frozen cauliflower florets (about 16 oz)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Preparation Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Spread the frozen cauliflower florets on a baking sheet.
  3. Drizzle the olive oil over the cauliflower and toss to coat.
  4. In a small bowl, mix together the garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  5. Sprinkle the seasoning mixture over the cauliflower and toss to evenly distribute the spices.
  6. Spread the cauliflower in a single layer on the baking sheet.
  7. Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven.
  8. Bake for about 20-25 minutes, or until the cauliflower is tender and golden brown, stirring halfway through the cooking time.
