  • 1 pound flank steak
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup fresh lime juice
  • 1/4 cup orange juice
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro

Preparation Steps

  1. In a bowl, combine the minced garlic, lime juice, orange juice, soy sauce, cumin, chili powder, salt, black pepper, and chopped cilantro to make the marinade.
