- pink Himalayan
- teaspoon of No-Salt (Potassium Chloride)
- teaspoon of Baking Soda
- Epsom Salt
- Food-Grade Calcium Carbonate
- Start by preparing 2 liters (8 cups) of water. You can use filtered or spring water for the best taste and quality.
- In a pitcher or container, add the Pink Himalayan Salt, No-Salt (Potassium Chloride), Baking Soda, and Epsom Salt (Magnesium Sulfate).
- If desired, you can also add the optional Food-Grade Calcium Carbonate, which provides additional calcium to the mix.
