Pork Adobo with Potato
- Soy sauce
- Garlic, minced
- Onion, sliced
- Potatoes, cubed
- Bay leaves
- Cooking oil
- In a pan, heat cooking oil and sauté garlic and onion until fragrant.
- Add pork and cook until browned.
- Pour soy sauce and vinegar into the pan.
- Add water, potatoes, peppercorns, and bay leaves.
- Bring to a boil and then simmer for about 1 hour or until the pork and potatoes are tender.
- Add salt to taste.
- Serve hot with steamed rice.
