Ingredients
  

  • banana
  • peanut butter
  • almond milk
  • honey
  • chia seeds
  • flax seed
  • vanilla extract
  • ice cube

Instructions
 

  • Peel the ripe banana and break it into chunks.Place the banana chunks, peanut butter, almond milk, honey or maple syrup (if using), chia seeds, flaxseeds, vanilla extract, and ice cubes in a blender.
  • Blend on high speed until all the ingredients are well combined and the smoothie reaches a creamy consistency.
  • Stop the blender and check the consistency. If the smoothie is too thick, add a little more almond milk and blend again until desired consistency is reached.
  • Taste the smoothie and adjust the sweetness by adding more honey or maple syrup if desired.
  • Pour the smoothie into a glass and garnish with a drizzle of peanut butter or a sprinkle of chia seeds, if desired.
