Pancit Miki


  • Pancit Miki noodles
  • Pork belly, sliced
  • Shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • Chicken liver, sliced
  • Garlic, minced
  • Onion, chopped
  • Carrots, julienned
  • Cabbage, shredded
  • Soy sauce
  • Fish sauce
  • Ground black pepper
  • Chicken broth
  • Cooking oil

Preparation Steps

  1. In a large pan, heat cooking oil and sauté the garlic and onion.
  2. Add the pork belly and cook until browned.
  3. Add the chicken liver and shrimp. Cook until shrimp turns pink.
  4. Add the carrots and cook for a few minutes.
  5. Add the cabbage and cook until wilted.
  6. Season with soy sauce, fish sauce, and ground black pepper.
  7. Add the pancit miki noodles and chicken broth. Stir well to combine.
  8. Cook until the noodles are soft and the broth has been absorbed.
  9. Pancit Miki is now ready to be served.
