Ingredients
  

  • knorrox soya mince
  • onion

  • seasoning cubes
  • cumin

Instructions
 

  • Place the Knorrox Soya Mince in a bowl and cover it with hot water. Let it soak for about 10-15 minutes or until the soya mince is fully rehydrated. Drain the water and set the rehydrated soya mince aside.
  • Heat the vegetable oil in a medium-sized saucepan over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, and sauté until the onion becomes translucent and fragrant.
  • Add the grated carrot and diced bell pepper to the saucepan. Cook for a few minutes until the vegetables start to soften.
  • Crumble the Knorrox seasoning cubes into the saucepan and add the ground cumin, paprika, dried oregano, salt, and pepper. Stir well to combine the spices with the vegetables.
  • Add the rehydrated Knorrox Soya Mince to the saucepan and mix it thoroughly with the vegetables and spices. Cook for a few minutes to allow the flavors to meld together.
  • Pour enough water into the saucepan to cover the mixture. Stir well and bring it to a simmer.
