- 3 medium sized potatoes
- 6 tablespoons of mustard oil
- ¼ teaspoon of turmeric powder
- ½ teaspoon of salt

Steps
- Peel the potato skin off and use a grater to rip the potato into smaller pieces.
- Let the potatoes dry and sprinkle turmeric powder, red chili powder and salt. Mix.
- Heat some oil in a deep pan for about 5 minutes.
- Put the grated potatoes into the oil and let it fry till it becomes light brown.
- When it is ready, turn off the heat and transfer the potatoes from the oil onto a plate lined with a paper towel.
