Ingredients
2 cups of bread crumbs
½ cup of sugar syrup
6 green cardamom
½ cup of milk
1 cup of ghee/oil
What Bread Gulab Jamun Can Be Served With
Bread gulab jamun can be served with vanilla ice cream, almonds, cashew or kulfi.

Steps
- Pour some bread crumbs and cardamom into a bowl and set aside.
- Boil the milk in a pan on medium heat. After it boils, pour it into the bowl with bread crumbs and cardamom and mix well to form a soft dough.
- Take small portions of the dough and form them into round balls.
- Put a pan on fire and pour some oil/ghee into it. Leave it on medium heat.
- When the oil heats up, gently drop the dough balls into it and fry them until you attain a golden brown colour.
- When it is done frying, remove them and place them into a bowl with sugar syrup in it. Let the balls remain in it for about 30 minutes and serve.
