  • Place the chopped carrots, orange segments, yogurt, and honey (if using) into the blender.If desired, add a few ice cubes for a chilled smoothie.
  • Secure the lid on the blender and blend on high speed until all the ingredients are well combined and smooth.Blend for approximately 2-3 minutes or until you achieve your desired consistency.
