  • honey
  • banana
  • carrot
  • almond milk
  • ice cubes

  • Wash the carrots thoroughly under running water.Peel the carrots and chop them into smaller pieces.Peel the bananas and slice them into chunks.
  • Put the banana slices, sliced carrots, almond milk, and honey (if using) in a blender.
    If you'd like a cooled smoothie, add a couple ice cubes.
  • Secure the lid on the blender and blend on high speed until all the ingredients are well combined and smooth.Blend for approximately 2-3 minutes or until you achieve your desired consistency.
