  • 2 slices of bread
  • cheese slice
  • fillings

Instructions
 

  • Place a non-stick skillet or frying pan over medium heat. Allow it to heat up while you prepare the sandwich.
  • Take two slices of bread and layer your desired cheese slices on one of the slices. Add any optional fillings you like.
  • Carefully transfer the sandwich to the preheated skillet, with the cheese side facing up.
  • Let the sandwich cook for 2-3 minutes or until the bottom slice of bread turns golden brown and crispy.
  • Using a spatula, carefully flip the sandwich to the other side. Continue cooking for an additional 2-3 minutes, or until the second side is golden brown and the cheese has melted.
  • Once both sides are nicely browned and the cheese is melted, remove the sandwich from the skillet and transfer it to a plate. Allow it to cool for a moment before slicing it in half or into smaller pieces, if desired.
