  • Wash the carrots and celery stalks thoroughly under running water.Peel the carrots and chop them into smaller pieces.
  • Chop the celery stalks into small segments.Peel and slice the ripe banana.
  • Place the chopped carrots, celery, banana slices, almond milk, and honey (if using) into the blender.If desired, add a few ice cubes for a chilled smoothie.
  • Secure the lid on the blender and blend on high speed until all the ingredients are well combined and smooth.Blend for approximately 2-3 minutes or until you achieve your desired consistency.
