Ingredients
- Butter
- Bread crumbs
- Lemons
- Semolina flour
- Eggs
- Chicken breast
Instructions
- Beat your chicken breast with flat with a mallet
- Dip chicken breast into breadcrumbs, beaten egg and semolina flour
- Put cut chunks of butter into saucepan and place on stove
- Fry chicken in melted butter and turn over till both sides are evenly goldish to brownish after 5 minutes
- remove from oil and place on kitchen tissue for some few minutes
- after some few minutes transfer meat into a plate and squeeze lemon over the fried chicken Cotoletta. Sprinkle salt over to add to the taste
