  • Butter
  • Bread crumbs
  • Lemons
  • Semolina flour
  • Eggs
  • Chicken breast


  • Beat your chicken breast with flat with a mallet
  • Dip chicken breast into breadcrumbs, beaten egg and semolina flour
  • Put cut chunks of butter into saucepan and place on stove
  • Fry chicken in melted butter and turn over till both sides are evenly goldish to brownish after 5 minutes
  • remove from oil and place on kitchen tissue for some few minutes
  • after some few minutes transfer meat into a plate and squeeze lemon over the fried chicken Cotoletta. Sprinkle salt over to add to the taste
