Ingredients

5 tablespoons of watermelon seeds

2 liters of water

 

Special Utensils

Mortar and pestle/rolling pin and zip lock bag

 

Steps

1.Crush and grind five tablespoons of watermelon seeds and set aside. You can crush the watermelon seeds with a small mortar and pestle or put them in a zip lock bag and use a rolling pin to crush them.

2.Bring two liters of water to boil and add the ground watermelon seeds. Let it boil for 15 minutes.

3.When it is ready, pour the watermelon seed tea into a mug. Let it cool down and drink.
