ginger tea

Ginger is part of the Zingiberaceae family and is connected to cardamom and turmeric. It is a common spice used in these times and has a number of great benefits. Ginger can curb nausea and vomiting. It is a helpful antidote to pain as well. It also contains gingerol which has anti-inflammatory and antioxidant effects. These actually help to reduce oxidative stress caused by extreme quantities of free radicals in the body.
