Ingredients
  

  • 2-3 pounds of riblets
  • 1 cup of BBQ sauce
  • 1/4 cup of brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup of apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons of Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon of salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper
  • sliced onions and peppers

Instructions
 

  • First, place the riblets in the crock pot. If you're using onions and peppers, you can add them now as well.
  • In a separate bowl, mix together the BBQ sauce, brown sugar, apple cider vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
  • Pour the sauce over the riblets in the crock pot, making sure to coat them evenly.
  • Cover the crock pot and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours. The riblets should be tender and falling off the bone when they're done.
