  • lemon juice
  • salt and pepper
  • clove of garlic
  • olive oil
  • chopped parsley
  • lemon wedges

Instructions
 

  • Clean the ribbon fish thoroughly and remove the scales, head, and tail.
  • Cut the fish into fillets. Season the fillets with lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  • Let them marinate for 10-15 minutes. Heat the olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  • Add minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  • .Add the marinated ribbon fish fillets to the pan and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side or until golden brown and cooked through.
  • Sprinkle chopped parsley over the fish and remove from heat. Serve hot with lemon wedges.
