300g of mopane worms
1 onion (chopped)
2 tomatoes (chopped)
1 beef cube
2 tablespoons of cooking oil
1 teaspoon of cayenne pepper
Salt (to taste)

Mopane worms can be served with pap or eaten with vegetables and salad.

Steps
- Wash the mopane worms and put them in a saucepan.
- Add some water and boil the mopane worms till they become soft.
- Rinse the worms and add another cup of boiled water.
- Pour some cooking oil into it and stir.
- When it starts cooking, add your chopped onions, tomatoes, seasoning cube, cayenne pepper and salt. Then stir.
- Allow it to simmer until it thickens and serve.
