A pound of ribs can be cooked at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for about 25 minutes in an oven.
However, this will vary depending on the type of ribs you are cooking as well as your personal preferences.
For instance,
Country-style ribs 1-1.5 hours
Boneless pork ribs 1-1.5 hours
Beef ribs 2-3 hours
Spare ribs. 2-3 hours (cover with foil to keep moist)
However, if you like your ribs very tender, you cook it for a longer time. Similarly, if you are using a different type of meat, such as chicken or pork, the cooking time may also need to be adjusted.
To ensure that your baked ribs are cooked to perfection, use a meat thermometer. Insert the thermometer into the thickest part of the meat and watch for it to reach an internal temperature of 145 degrees Fahrenheit. This will ensure that your ribs are juicy and tender without being overdone.
