 Beef Sauce Ingredients

The major ingredient for preparing beef sauce is beef. See below the list of the ingredients needed.

  • Beef (1 pound)
  • Onions(2)
  • Green bell pepper (1)
  • Carrot (1)
  • Salt (to taste)
  • Powdered pepper (to taste)
  • Ginger (grounded)
  • Garlic (one clove,crushed)
  • Corn starch
  • Cooking oil

The steps used in cooking beef sauce may slightly differ from one person to the other. I give you the most used instructions below.

Steps to prepare beef sauce

  1. First, slice the beef into thin strips and put in a bowl.
  2. Next, spice the beef with salt,pepper,ginger and garlic.
  3. Chop your onions,carrot and green bell pepper onto a plate.
  4. Mix a little corn starch with some water and set aside.
  5. Pour some cooking oil into a frying pan and put on fire.
  6. First, pour in the spiced beef into the oil and allow it to fry as you turn it over from time to time. Do this till the beef browns.
  7. Next,add in your vegetables and stir.
  8. Finally add your corn starch mixture to the pan and stir. Let it mix well and allow it to simmer for a while.
  9. Remove from the fire and serve with any dish of your choice.

  • 1 piece red bell pepper
  • 1 carrot
  • 2 tbsp table salt
  • powdered pepper
  • ginger grounded
  • 1 clove garlic crushed
  • corn starch
