  • Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C) for about 5 minutes.Rinse the eisbein under cold water and pat them dry with paper towels.
  • In a small bowl, combine the salt, black pepper, paprika, dried thyme, and garlic powder to create a seasoning blend.
  • Rub the eisbein with olive oil to lightly coat them, then sprinkle the seasoning blend evenly over the surface of each eisbein. Massage the seasoning into the meat to ensure it is evenly distributed.
  • Place the seasoned eisbein on a baking dish or tray lined with aluminum foil for easy cleanup.
  • Carefully transfer the eisbein to the preheated air fryer basket, making sure they are not touching each other.
