Equipment

  • muffin pan
  • paper liners
  • mixing bowl
  • whisk
  • cooling rack

Ingredients

  • muffin ready mix
  • eggs optional
  • oil optional
  • water optional

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to the temperature indicated on the ready mix packaging.
  • Line your muffin pan with paper liners or grease it with cooking spray to prevent the muffins from sticking.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the muffin ready mix with the additional ingredients specified on the packaging, such as oil, eggs, and water. Follow the instructions carefully and use the recommended amounts.
  • Using a whisk or spoon, gently stir the mixture until just combined. Be careful not to overmix; a few lumps are normal.
  • Spoon the batter into the prepared muffin pan, filling each cavity about two-thirds full.
  • Place the muffin pan in the preheated oven and bake according to the time indicated on the ready mix packaging. Keep an eye on the muffins as baking times may vary.
  • After the recommended baking time has elapsed, insert a toothpick into the center of one muffin. If it comes out clean or with a few crumbs clinging to it, the muffins are done. If not, continue baking for a few more minutes and retest.
  • Once the muffins are fully baked, remove the pan from the oven and place it on a cooling rack. Allow the muffins to cool in the pan for about 5 minutes.
  • After cooling slightly, gently remove the muffins from the pan and transfer them to the cooling rack to cool completely.
  • Serve the freshly baked muffins warm or at room temperature. Enjoy them as a delightful breakfast or a tasty on-the-go snack.
