Steps to prepare beef sauce
- First, slice the beef into thin strips and put in a bowl.
- Next, spice the beef with salt,pepper,ginger and garlic.
- Chop your onions,carrot and green bell pepper onto a plate.
- Mix a little corn starch with some water and set aside.
- Pour some cooking oil into a frying pan and put on fire.
- First, pour in the spiced beef into the oil and allow it to fry as you turn it over from time to time. Do this till the beef browns.
- Next,add in your vegetables and stir.
- Finally add your corn starch mixture to the pan and stir. Let it mix well and allow it to simmer for a while.
- Remove from the fire and serve with any dish of your choice.
