- cheddar cheese or parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Gather all ingredients.
- Preheat oven to 180 ̊C.
- Peel and slice potatoes 5mm thick then place into a baking dish.
- Combine cream or milk and salt and pour over potatoes.
- Sprinkle the grated cheddar cheese on top of the potatoes and cover the pan with aluminium foil to avoid burning the cheese and ensure that the potatoes will bake more evenly for about 45 minutes.
