Lemon Lime and Bitters Ingredients

Ingredients
- Ice
- Lime juice
- Lemon juice or lemonade
- Angostura Bitters
Instructions
- Fill your glass to the top with ice.
- Add some lime juice to the glass of ice.
- Add some lemon juice or some lemonade.
- Add some drops of Angostura bitters to the mixture.
- Stir everything together and add some slices of lemon and line to garnish it.

Why is it called lemon, lime bitters?
In Hong Kong, they replaced the lemonade with a non-alcoholic ginger ale mix, added lemon juice, and called it "gunner", and eventually, the bitters reached Australia, where they mixed it with lemonade, lime juice, ice and a slice of lemon and called it lemon, lime and bitters. Lemon lime and bitters can be served with gin, tequila and vodka-based drinks.
