2 tablespoons of ground ginger
½ teaspoon of honey

Steps
1.Put some water on fire in a small saucepan. Let the water reach its boiling point.
2.Pour the water gently into the mug up to ¾ full.
3.Add the 2 tablespoons of ground ginger and ½ teaspoon of honey.
4.Stir and leave it for a little while to allow the ginger to infuse into the water. If it is too hot to drink you can allow it to cool down a little bit and drink. It is best drank warm.
