5 guava leaves

1 liter of water

1 teaspoon of honey

Steps

  1. Wash the guava leaves well under running water.
  2. Pour water into a saucepan and put the guava leaves into it.
  3. Boil it for ten minutes. After this, strain the tea through the mesh strainer into a mug, leaving the leaves in the strainer.
  4. Add the honey to the guava leaf tea, stir with a spoon and serve.
