Beetroot is a vegetable loaded with fiber, vitamins B9 and C, folate, potassium and iron. It is known to enhance circulation and reduce blood pressure. Beetroot contains an antioxidant known as betaine, which protects the liver from toxins and reduces fatty deposits in the liver. Beetroots can be used to prepare rice, make salad, juice and so on.

- Mesh strainer
- Peel the beetroot and carrot, cut them into smaller pieces and cut the apple into small pieces as well. Remove the seeds and wash them all in a bowl of water.
- Put them in the blender and add some water. Blend well.
- Strain the juice through a mesh strainer into a glass and serve.
