Grilling fish in a foil pack makes for an easy cleanup also. When we are preparing meals in foil, I also like to make my side dishes on the grill in foil packs.

One fillet (116 grams) of tilapia contains:

Protein: 23 grams
Vitamin D: 3.51 micrograms
Potassium: 338 milligrams
Vitamin B12: 1.59 micrograms
Calcium: 11.7 milligrams
Phosphorous: 191 milligrams
Selenium: 46.7 micrograms

So you can just imagine how nutritious it is to eat tilapia.

How Long To Cook Tilapia On The Grill In Foil Recipe

Fish is one of the healthiest sources of protein, and tilapia is no exception. Tilapia is packed with vitamins and minerals like choline, niacin, vitamin B12, vitamin D, selenium, and phosphorus. It is also a good source of omega-3 fatty acids, which are healthy fats that your body needs to function.
In English, it is sometimes known by the name "St. Peter's fish", which comes from the narrative in the Gospel of Matthew about the apostle Peter catching a fish that carried a coin in its mouth.

Notes

Eating Tilapia on a regular basis can help. It is notably lower in saturated fats, and the omega-3 fatty acids it contains can help lower triglycerides, which can cause fatty liver disease and pancreatitis when found in highly concentrated amounts.
Whenever I make Tilapia in foil, it prevents it from overcooking and keeps it from drying out and so I love my tilapia this way.
