    - 1 red bell pepper, sliced

    - 1 green bell pepper, sliced

    - 1 yellow bell pepper, sliced

    - 1 small pineapple, peeled, cored, and cut into chunks

    - 1 small onion, sliced

    - 1 cup snow peas, trimmed

    - Salt and pepper, to taste

    - Cooked rice, for serving

Instructions
 

  • In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, oyster sauce, honey, minced garlic, and grated ginger. Set aside.
    2. Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add the chicken or shrimp and cook until it is no longer pink (or until the shrimp turns pink and opaque). Remove the cooked meat from the skillet and set aside.
    3. In the same skillet, add the sliced bell peppers, pineapple chunks, and onion. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until they are slightly tender but still crisp.
    4. Add the snow peas to the skillet and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
    5. Return the cooked chicken or shrimp to the skillet and pour the sauce mixture over the ingredients. Stir well to coat everything evenly. Cook for another 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.
    6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
