    - 1 teaspoon baking soda

    - 1/2 teaspoon salt

    - 1/2 cup (120g) plain yogurt or sour cream

    - Optional: 1/2 cup (60g) chopped nuts or chocolate chips

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
    2. Grease a loaf pan and set it aside.
    3. Mash the ripe bananas in a bowl using a fork or potato masher until they become smooth.
