snowflake cake flour
A cup of milk
Ground coriander
Fresh cream
Biltongpowder
· slice and set some aside for garnishing)· Grated cheddar cheese
Beef stock
Salt
Blackpepper

Instructions
In a medium, heavy-bottomedsaucepan, melt the butter. Stir in the flour for about 1 minute over lowheat.
Cook, whisking constantly, overmedium heat until the sauce is smooth and slightly thickened.
Season with stock and spices.Simmer, whisking constantly, for about 10 minutes, or until thick.
Heat through the cream andbiltong. Remove from the heat and stir in the cheese.
Garnish with extra biltong slicesand serve immediately with warm bread rolls as an appetizer or light meal.
