Ingredients
  

  • pasta
  • olive oil
  • mushrooms
  • cloves of garlic
  • basil pesto sauce
  • salt and pepper
  • parmesan cheese
  • basil leaves fresh
  • pine nuts or sunflower seeds

Instructions
 

  • Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  • In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the mushrooms and sauté for 5-7 minutes, or until they are tender and browned. Add the garlic and sauté for an additional 1-2 minutes, or until fragrant.
  • Add the cooked pasta to the skillet with the mushrooms and garlic. Stir to combine.
  • Add the pesto sauce to the skillet and stir to coat the pasta and mushrooms evenly.
  • Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese over the pasta and stir to combine
  • Season with salt and pepper, to taste.
  • Serve the pasta hot, garnished with fresh basil leaves, if desired. Enjoy!
