Mix the flour, sugar, salt, baking powder ,instant yeast evenly in a bowl
Add water and knead until soft and round
Rest dough for 10 minutes
Add 1 tsp oil and continue kneading for 2 -5minuites.cover and rest the dough for an hour
Punch air out of the dough and make round and take dough to a floured surface and cut the dough into 8 pieces
Shape the dough into a ball and cover for some minutes
Takeout one bao after the other and use rolling pin to roll out the dough into flat oval shape
Lightly brush surface with oil and fold the dough in half, using the rolling pin, press the bao gently together and place into a steam basket . repeat this process for the rest and cover for 30 minutes fill the water into wok and steam the baos for 8 minutes with high heat.
To make the tofu; add spices ingredients to oil
Sauté for 2 minutes with low heat (Till Fragrant)
Add Tofu and add in vegetable broth or water
Add 1 tsp five spice powder, brown sugar, rice wine, soy sauce and add salt to your taste
Cover and cook with low heat for 15 minutes
Then cook with high heat for 3 minutes or till the sauce thickens. Flip the other side to coat
Turn off heat and serve. Sprinkle with sesame seed
