Once it is cooked on both sides, make sure both sides are brown, set it aside. This will take 4-5 minutes.In the same skillet, prepare your adobo sauce with dried oregano, smoked paprika, sliced tomatoes, chopped chipotle chiles, salt, and pepper. After combining, boil the sauce for a few minutes.Shred the chicken using a fork and add it to your sauce. Let it simmer for 3-5 minutes. Spread a teaspoon of the chicken tinga mixture on top of a tostada shell. Add your chosen garnishes, such as a squeeze of lime juice, shredded lettuce, cubed avocado, crumbled queso fresco, and chopped cilantro.Serve and enjoy!
