- · Granulated sugar

Instructions
- Gather all your ingredients.
- In a large bowl, combine the bread flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt. Mix well.
- Add in some water but make sure not to turn your flour watery.Mix it up till the dough forms a ball.
- Continue to knead the dough for some minutes until it is firm and smooth, but still soft. Add in more water if the dough is hard.
- Cut the dough into equal pieces. Use your hands to form each piece into a ball shape.
- In a saucepan or large skillet, preheat some frying oil.
- Place your dough into the oil and fry for some minutes on medium heat until golden brown.
- Cut and fill with curried minced meat cheese and jam, or your favorite fillings, that is any filling of your choice

Bread flour – you can use all-purpose flour in a pinch, but note that the texture will be slightly different.
