Ingredients
  

  • Ground beef
  • Breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Garlic minced
  • Eggs
  • Fresh parsley chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Milk
  • Marinara sauce

Instructions
 

  • Gather all your ingredients and preheat your oven. In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, ground pork, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, eggs, chopped parsley, salt, and pepper together. Mix very well.
  • Now add the milk to the meat mixture and stir until combined. The mixture should be moist but still hold its shape.
  • Shape the mixture into meatballs, about 1 to 1.5 inches in diameter, and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake in the preheated oven until the meatballs are cooked through and browned on the outside.
  • While the meatballs are baking, warm the marinara sauce in a saucepan on the stovetop.
  • When the meatballs are done, transfer them to the saucepan with the marinara sauce and gently coat the meatballs with the sauce.
  • Your favorite meatballs are ready. Serve the meatballs on their own, with pasta, or in a sandwich.
