- In a mixing bowl, combine whole wheat flour, semolina, oil, and salt.Gradually add water and knead to form a smooth and firm dough.Cover the dough and let it rest for 30 minutes.
- After resting, divide the dough into small lemon-sized balls.Roll each ball between your palms to make them smooth.
- Take a dough ball and roll it into a small disc on a lightly floured surface. Aim for a thickness of about 2-3 mm.
- Preheat your airfryer to 180°C (356°F) for a few minutes.
