Raspberry Vinaigrette recipe

Equipment

  • Blender or food processor

Ingredients
  

  • fresh raspberries
  • olive oil
  • red wine vinegar or apple cider vinegar
  • honey or maple syrup
  • Dijon mustard
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • In a blender or food processor, add the fresh raspberries.
    Add olive oil, red wine vinegar (or apple cider vinegar), honey (or maple syrup), and Dijon mustard to the blender.
  • Blend the ingredients until smooth and well combined. If you prefer a smoother texture, strain the mixture through a fine-mesh sieve to remove seeds.
    Taste the vinaigrette and adjust the sweetness or tartness by adding more honey, vinegar, or a pinch of salt and pepper according to your preference.
  • Transfer the raspberry vinaigrette to a jar or airtight container for storage.
    Refrigerate the vinaigrette. Before using, give it a good shake or stir as separation may occur.
