- Gather all your ingredients. Bring a casserole dish of salted water to a boil. Then cook spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente in the casserole dish containing the boiling water. Drain and set aside, reserving a cup of pasta water.
- As the pasta is cooking, gently clean the truffles with a soft brush or cloth to remove any dirt. Afterward, use a truffle slicer or a mandoline, and thinly slice the truffles, and then keep them aside. Heat the olive oil over medium-low heat in a large skillet or pan.
