- Place the chicken pieces in a shallow dish or a resealable plastic bag.Pour the prepared marinade over the chicken, ensuring it's well-coated. Massage the marinade into the chicken to ensure even coverage.
- Cover the dish or seal the bag and refrigerate. Marinate the chicken for at least 4 hours or preferably overnight for maximum flavor.
