- 1 pound fresh crab meat picked clean
- Beef meat or any other protein
- 2 tablespoons butter
- Onion finely chopped
- Garlic minced
- Celery stalks diced
- Carrots diced
- Bell pepper

Instructions

- Afterward, stir in the crab meat and heavy cream.
