Ingredients

Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large pot or Dutch oven over medium-high heat. Add the chicken drumsticks and brown them on all sides. Once browned, remove the drumsticks from the pot and set them aside.
- In the same pot, add chopped onion and minced garlic. Sauté until the onions turn translucent. Add potato chunks, sliced carrots, and sliced celery. Cook for a few minutes until slightly softened.
- Return the browned chicken drumsticks to the pot. Pour in chicken broth and add diced tomatoes, dried thyme, dried rosemary, bay leaf, salt, and pepper. Stir to combine.
