Ingredients
  

  • 4 pcs boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 tbsp sweet paprika
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp cloves garlic minced
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • Fresh parsley chopped for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Season the Chicken: In a small bowl, mix the sweet paprika, salt, and black pepper. Rub the spice mixture evenly over both sides of the chicken breasts.
  • Sear the Chicken: Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the seasoned chicken breasts and cook for 4-5 minutes per side, or until golden brown and cooked through.
  • Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
  • Make the Sauce: In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for a minute until fragrant. Pour in the chicken broth, scraping up any browned bits from the bottom of the skillet.
  • Allow it to simmer for 2-3 minutes
  • Add Cream: Reduce the heat to low and pour in the heavy cream. Stir well to combine and let the sauce simmer for another 2-3 minutes until it thickens slightly.
  • Combine Chicken and Sauce: Return the cooked chicken breasts to the skillet, spooning the sauce over them. Let it simmer for an additional 2-3 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together.
  • Serve: Transfer the chicken to plates, spoon the sauce over the top, and garnish with chopped fresh parsley.
