- skewers
Ingredients
- ground chicken
- salt
- blackpepper
- paprika
- onion
- thyme
- red pepper flakes
- vegetable oil
- fresh parsley
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the ground chicken, salt, black pepper, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, dried thyme, and red pepper flakes (if using). Mix the ingredients thoroughly until well incorporated.
- Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and let the mixture rest in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes. This allows the flavors to meld and makes the mixture easier to handle.

- Heat olive oil in a skillet or grill pan over medium-high heat.
- Carefully place the shaped sausages in the hot pan. Cook for about 6-8 minutes per side, or until the sausages are fully cooked through and golden brown on the outside. Use a meat thermometer to ensure the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Remove the cooked chicken sausages from the pan and let them rest for a minute.Garnish with chopped fresh parsley if desired.
- Serve the chicken sausages hot as a main dish, in sandwiches, or sliced and added to salads or pasta dishes.
