Instructions
 

  • Wash all the ingredients thoroughly.
  • If you're using a juicer: Feed the leafy greens, cucumber, celery, green apple, lemon, and ginger (if using) through the juicer according to its instructions.
  • If you're using a blender: Add all the ingredients to the blender along with a cup of water. Blend until smooth.
  • If the consistency is too thick for your liking, you can add more water and blend again.
